During the first stage, the body goes on a state of alarm at the realization of a demanding. consequence this stage, cortisol is released by the body.

The second stage, is where the body becomes unable to stop  with the strain until its resources are depleted.

other benefits of the meditation

1. Various health benefits

There are already documented cases wherein meditation was shown to have helped in curing an illness. A landmark study is the one done in 1976 by Australian psychiatrist Ainslie Meares which was published in the Medical Journal of Australia.

The study documented how a patient’s cancer regressed after sessions of intensive meditation. Meditation is also known to lower blood pressure levels, which is beneficial to patients who are at risk of hypertension and other heart-related conditions.

2. Improves concentration

- one practice in meditation involves focusing on a particular object such as a candlelight, or reciting a mantra. Doing activities like these have been shown to improve a person’s concentration.
In the conscious state of mind, where you are right now, the brain's typical frequency is about 20 cycles per second; however, if your brain is operating at any frequency above 14 cycles per second, you are considered to be in the awake, conscious state of mind.
When you sleep, your brain frequency slows all the way down to 4 cycles per second, or less, and you reach a complete state of unconsciousness. Alpha state where your brain frequency is between 7 and 14 cycles per second. This is a place of amazing relaxation where you are very much aware of your surroundings yet the attention of your focus is within.

3. Acceptance of events

- another aspect of meditation is the ability to take things as they are. This helps a lot in reducing a person’s frustrations over things that he/she cannot control.

People who will surely benefit from this include those who are undergoing anger management.

Breathing further Meditation

Breathing is an unabbreviated sample of meditation. Proper breathing is required command many practices of meditation and is insomuch as an important tool to personify possessed by people who wish to perform this activity.

The practice alive while meditating helps a person relax, it is achieved by inhaling through the nose, letting the diaphragm (not the chest) expand and exhaling through the mouth.

Doing this slows down a person’s heart rate which leads to a relaxed mood.

Breathing also plays a important role when a person aims to correct his/her concentration. This is done by focusing the axiom on the act of pleasing control air and feeling authentic pass through the nostrils and exhaled through the mouth until obtaining the mental state appropriate.

While this may sound easy, it can be quite challenging because it depends on each person .

Then there’s the pattern for increasing a person’s awareness. Just savvy the concentration technique mentioned above, it involves putting one’s attention to his/her breathing.

But instead of focusing on the act of inhaling further exhaling air, it is the person´s sensation  for to take control his/her thoughts. The feeling of the temperament passing through the nose, filling the lungs and expanding the diaphragm is the sensation that a man should eyeful for.
It helps him/her sense how it is to be truly alive.

This item has shown how important breathing is in the practice of contemplation. essential is no wonder, therefore, that the two are inseparable activities that a initiate of meditation should recognize

what's feedback?

when you find  anyone who meditates will tell you, get minds control  to avoid  wandering . You sit down to attend (to a candle flame or the breath  but for little time). Then instead of attending you dream, wander in circles, while time away . when you can stop the wandering, you go  straight to your goal.

Why attention is easily lost?  Because we lose attention without knowing we are losing it. Meditation demands attention but even with our best efforts.  . We set out to attend, but attention slips away . We find out only later when we wake from a daydream. The psychology of learning bring  a solution. It's called feedback
what's feedback?
Meditation is like fireworks darts blindfolded. If you can't see what you are doing, you can't correct your aim. Practice makes perfect only with feedback.
For learning any skill is necessary feedback. including attention.
That's why many meditate with no increase in practice skill. (You can even get worse without practice.)
Traditional meditation lacks a way to monitor attention. Surprisingly however, the feedback meditation needs is easy to access. Here's where to find it.
Open Your Eyes To Find Feedback
Meditation has been associated with light. Light sensations are often appreciable ("illumination;" "white light" - the light of enlightenment). We never knew what caused the light, however. We did not know it was feedback:
In eyes-open meditation (Zen's open gaze for instance), light sensations are produced when focused attention holds the eyes still. What causes the light? Good attention creates a fixed image (held in the same place on the eyes' retinas). (like exposing photographic film) This uses up photo pigment . Retinal fatigue occurs and with it visual distortion in the form of light.
The light means you're on focus. When your mind wanders your eyes wander and the light vanishes.  It confirms attention with positive feedback, and when your mind wanders, it signals loss of attention with negative feedback. The disappearing light means get back on target. Using light this way you can see what you're doing. Then, practice skill improves automatically. Here's the how-to.
The Feedback. How to work this Method
Producing feedback is as easy as gazing at a spot on the wall.
Focus attention on the bull's eye and feedback (visual distortion) comes within seconds. When it does, simply attend to the light. Attend to the light and you anchor attention. You go in a straight line to advanced meditation skills and benefits.
"Seeing The Light:"
Meditation's potential is rarely fulfilled. With light as feedback however, you literally attend to your attention. You can now mind your mind. Instead of wandering, you can harness concentration's full power.
The straight line meditation advantage is its direct route to advanced practice. As practice skill improves, builds your awareness . With deepening awareness your eyes open to beauty; your senses to pleasure; your mind to truth and your heart to love. Enlightenment itself is nothing apart from the profound awareness attention creates. Hold on to attention with feedback. See the light and your goal is straight ahead. You can't miss it.
